From Touchdowns to Team Building: Mark Jackson Joins FDN
April 2025
From the NFL to entrepreneurship, Mark Jackson continues to lead with confidence, communication, and heart.
If you grew up watching the Denver Broncos in the late '80s, you already know the name Mark Jackson. He’s the guy who caught that touchdown pass, the one that capped off “The Drive” and pushed the 1987 AFC Championship Game into overtime. A clutch receiver, part of the beloved “Three Amigos,” and a fan favorite with an electric smile and undeniable heart.
But what you might not know is what Mark Jackson’s been up to since those game-day moments.
We’re proud to share that Mark is officially joining Fan Day Nation as a Partner, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

The iconic “Three Amigos” – Ricky Nattiel, Vance Johnson, and Mark Jackson – electrified Denver’s offense in the late 1980s and left a lasting legacy.
More Than a Highlight Reel
Mark’s story didn’t end when he left the football field. Since his NFL days, he’s built a thriving career as a leader, communicator, and connector. With a degree in public relations from Purdue and years of experience motivating teams in both business and community spaces, Mark knows how to bring people together, and how to inspire them to grow.
Whether he’s working with local nonprofits, mentoring young athletes, or helping parents understand the recruiting process, Mark brings a unique energy rooted in teamwork, perseverance, and real-life experience.
So what does Mark Jackson bring to Fan Day Nation?
For starters: deep connections within the NFL community, especially in Denver and beyond. He’s walked the walk as a professional athlete, and now he’s stepping into a role where he can help bridge that world with fans, families, and the next generation of stars.
He’ll be working with us to expand our reach, build new relationships, and spotlight stories that matter: especially those of athletes coming up through the ranks today. His passion for mentoring and his experience across multiple industries will help shape content, community, and opportunities across the FDN platform.
Bringing the Past, Present, and Future Together
Mark Jackson’s journey is about more than football. It’s about legacy, leadership, and lifting others up. At Fan Day Nation, we believe in celebrating athletes and the people who support them: coaches, parents, siblings, and fans.
Mark believes that too. And with him on board, we’re ready to make an even bigger impact. One that connects generations, builds confidence, and brings more people into the game.
So whether you’ve followed his career since the Three Amigos days or you’re just getting to know him now, welcome to a new chapter. We’re just getting started.
